VALERIE SUMMERS DMCP is a dynamic and accomplished professional with an extensive background in talent management and event production. For nearly two decades, she excelled as a VP Talent Agent at William Morris (now WME), where she booked concert tours, secured book deals, and arranged television appearances for a diverse range of clients. Valerie then transitioned to Destination Musick City, a DMC Network Company where she currently serves as Vice President aka Queen of Everything. In this role, she co-founded the Destination Management division, propelling the company to become a premier choice for events in Nashville. Her innovative vision and leadership have been instrumental in the company's growth and success.
STEPHEN FERNANDEZ has been in the hospitality world since 1991 and has been a part of everything– from hotel and theme park openings, a Presidential inauguration, an iconic ‘Magical’ marathon, weddings, every type of corporate retreat and incentive (even youth!); and yes, even virtual events. As the Vice President of Operations for 360 Destination Group he supports the teams that execute everything that is sold and designed, and the logistics of getting the attendees to where they need to be. Stephen has the travel bug and enjoys wines of the Southern Hemisphere, tending garden, collecting the sounds of vintage vinyl and entertaining at home.
