I am a long-standing pioneer, entrepreneur, and leader in Nashville's event and hospitality industry. Immersed in event management for the past three decades, I uniquely bring a wide variety of experiences to the organizations I consult and lead. 

My current focus is strategic partnerships, executive management, and organizational growth. I am a passionate and strong supporting advocate for women and small business owners and offer a focused concentration in the hospitality and travel industries resulting from 30 years as a leader in this realm.  

Serving on multiple boards for many years and a champion for continuing education, I am a trailblazer and life redesign expert, coaching future leaders that grit, grace, and resilience always prevail.
