About
I have lived in Cancun, Mexico since I was a baby, hence, I have been in contact with the tourism industry all my life. I studied Hotel Management at Anahuac University in Cancun and I have worked in customer service at renowned hotel chains like Meliá and Grupo Posadas.
My strongest experience is in the DMC segment. I joined IVI DMC in 2007 in the Planning & Events department, to later be promoted to the Sales department. Currently I am responsible for the Marketing Plan and strategies of the company, always focused on delivering great quality service to all of our clients through ISO 9001 Standards, and a great attention to detail.
