Biography - Kenelma Mendoza
Kenelma Mendoza is a distinguished professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and extensive experience in the meetings industry. She currently serves as the President and Co-Founder of Accento Incentives, a renowned DMC in Panama, where she has led significant strategic transformations and driven the company’s growth.
Starting her career in the hotel industry, Kenelma has played a pivotal role in establishing and directing the Meetings, Incentives, and Events Department. Her strategic approach and ability to implement impactful changes led to a successful corporate rebranding and the international expansion of the company’s presence.
Among her most notable achievements are certifications as a Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) and as a Certified Incentives Specialist (CIS), both accredited by the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE). Additionally, Kenelma is a graduate of the Leads Academy for Women program at INCAE Business School, underscoring her commitment to excellence and leadership.
Kenelma is passionate about responsible tourism and sustainability, areas to which she has dedicated many of her efforts. Her strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in positioning her as a key figure in the events industry in Panama and internationally.
